THINK PGC — Think People, Think Global, Think Community — was founded on a simple but radical premise: that when you invest in people with intentionality and scale, entire communities transform.

We are a global think tank without walls. We don't limit our reach, our thinking, or our impact to any one geography, demographic, or sector. We operate wherever the need exists and wherever the opportunity to create sustainable change presents itself.

We empower individuals, nonprofits, educational institutions, and businesses through curated workshops and activations, robust workforce development, future of work skilling and upskilling, entrepreneurship programming, and global thought leadership.

Our goal is to build a bridge for all people to create their own pathway to socioeconomic success — and to build that bridge to last, with sustainability and growth built into everything we do.

Founder & Executive Director

Tremain Davis is an 8x tech founder and entrepreneur with 26 years of experience building companies, communities, and ecosystems from the ground up. What began as a deeply personal journey — self-taught, self-driven, and sustained through two decades of relentless work — has evolved into a global mission to ensure that no one has to navigate the path to economic dignity alone.

Davis founded THINK PGC on the conviction that access to opportunity should not be determined by privilege, geography, or network. Having built his own expertise and track record entirely through grit, lifelong learning, and strategic relationship-building, he brings an unparalleled depth of lived experience to the organization's mission.

His vision for THINK PGC is institutional — not personal. He designed the organization to be bigger than any one leader, to outlast any one moment, and to have global impact long after any single chapter closes. That is the kind of thinking that defines everything THINK PGC builds.
